eth price prediction date

Although ETH prediction markets sound like some exotic Wall Street invention, Robinhood‘s version is pretty simple: pick a time, pick a price, bet yes or no. Contracts pay $1 if the call is right. That’s it. No magic.

So where will ETH be on Oct 11, 2026 at 11pm EDT? Nobody knows. Robinhood’s surfaced listings don’t include a market for that exact time. The closest one is 9pm EDT. Treating it as a stand-in for 11pm would be sloppy, so this article won’t.

Here’s what the board did show. At 5pm EDT, $2,410 or above sat at 99%. At 6pm, $2,495 or above also hit 99%. At 9pm, $2,540 or above was priced at 99¢, with $2,520 or above at 98¢. Those are loud signals. Traders were very confident ETH would clear those lines at those moments. Moments, not forever.

Range markets add another twist. Instead of asking whether ETH finishes above a number, they ask whether it lands inside a band. The 5pm EDT range of $2,490 to $2,529.99 traded at 45%. A 6pm range of $2,530 to $2,534.99 sat at 38%. A 1am EDT range of $2,495 to $2,499.99 also appeared. Separately, the Oct 1, 2026 range of $2,650 to $2,689.99 carried a 34% probability. Tight bands, big uncertainty. Funny how that works.

Settlement isn’t based on whatever price a random exchange flashes. Robinhood says outcomes rely on CF Benchmarks’ ETH Real Time Index, using ETHUSDRTI or ERTI methodology depending on the contract type. For 15-minute contracts, the result comes from the average of the final 60 seconds of RTI data. One minute. Blink and the number moves. Because of that kind of volatility, budget investors are often advised to regularly rebalance their portfolios rather than chase short-term price swings.

Timing matters in other ways too. Several ETH contracts in the results were already closed and no longer tradable, which is a polite way of saying the party ended. Robinhood notes trading hours vary by product, though some crypto prediction markets run around the clock except for short maintenance windows. Ethereum itself offers 24/7 trading on Robinhood, unlike traditional securities.

Most of these contracts are 15-minute or specific-time bets, not open-ended end-of-day wagers.
